Dont work with rani says Ash.

Just when people were talking about Abhishek Bachchan and Rani Mukherjee being an item after the success of Bunty and Babli and there Abhishek despite giving all the hints right somehow drifted away to Ash.
Whatever be the reason, but Aishwarya Rai is not willing to let go off the past According to some popular media, “Abhishek was offered a small but significant role in the Yash Raj banner project the shooting for which has already begun now. He declined the offer due to Rani Mukherjee. He now does not work with Rani after his marriage with Aishwarya Rai. He had earlier done a cameo in their Laaga Chunari Mein Daag (2007) opposite Rani so it was taken for granted that he would say yes”.
Another source reveals, “Ash is not comfortable with Abhishek’s friendship with Rani Mukherjee and Kareena Kapoor, Abhishek has decided not to work with any of the two.”

Priyanka Chopra 2008's Busiest Heroine

Fashion has opened to mixed reviews but Priyanka Chopra’s performance has been unanimously noticed. Not many know that Chopra debuted with a Tamil film called Thamizhan. Not many also know that she is a fabulous singer, taken after her father, and was even selected at the state level for the National Opus Honor Choir in the USA. A bundle of talent, and known for being one of the most affable people in the industry, here’s looking at stupendous rise to success.

Hrithik Roshan is set to play Lord Ram

If things go as planned, we might see Hrithik Roshan playing Lord Ram in a movie to be made by his father-in-law Sanjay Khan .That Hrithik exudes a royal charisma is a fact. Ashutosh Gowarikar tapped on that very charisma to extract a superb performance from Hrithik in Jodhaa Akbar . Now, Hrithik’s father-in-law, Sanjay Khan, wants him to play Lord Ram in a movie called ‘The Legend of Rama’.Khan, who last directed Taj Mahal , has reportedly been working on this project for the last three years. Also in collaboration is the UK-based writer Farrukh Dhondy. The script is being written jointly by Khan and Dhondy. Khan will produce the film. While Hrithik has been finalized to play the part of lord Ram, Sanjay has chosen his own son Zayed Khan to play Laxman, Ram’s younger brother.According to Dhondy, both Hrithik and Zayed are perfect for the said parts.Amitabh Bachchan has been finalized to play the king Dashrath. However, it is not clear whether the superstar has given his consent.According to Dhondy, ‘The Legend of Rama’ will be made in the same genre as ‘Lord of the Rings’. It will be Ramayana adapted to a modern format. It will be interesting to see who plays the other pivotal characters of Sita, Hanuman and Ravan.

Solid start for GHAJINI

A.R. Rahman and Aamir Khan have done it again. Together they have ensured that GHAJINI gets instant eyeballs, courtesy the track 'Guzarish' which has been the chosen one to kick start the campaign for the film. Boasting of excellent melody, 'Guzarish' has been unleashed on all the music channels in a big way and the response has been super strong all over. What is noticeable is a much younger looking Aamir Khan with the scar on the head gone missing. With a boyish charm to boast, Aamir Khan reminds one of the 90s when he appeared as a romantic lover boy on films like DIL, HUM HAI RAAHI PYAAR KE, DIL HAI KI MAANTA NAHI and many more. As he woos South sensation Asin in some of the most exquisite of locations (captured immensely well by DOP Ravi K. Chandran), Rahman's brilliant tune ensures that the song makes a place in every music lover's heart. Also commendable is the fact that this time around, a tune by Rahman has turned out to be instantly catchy, something which is not the case with most of his tunes that require repeated hearing before making a long lasting impression. One now looks forward to the release of GHAJINI soundtrack and hope that remainder of the songs in the album are also as good as 'Guzarish', if not better. Now if that indeed turns out to be the case then one can be rest assured that Aamir would indeed have a musical HIT to his name much before the film hits the screen this Christmas.

John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan new Bollywood couple

It's customary for two stars to be pitched against one another in real life whenever they are paired on screen. The last time we heard murmurs of discontent was when Bipasha Basu and Deepika Padukone apparently couldn't stand one each other while shooting for Bachna Ae Haseeno. But John Abraham and Abhishek Bachchan get along like a house on fire. To their regret, they had to shoot a music video for Dostana separately.Producer Karan Johar who just landed in Mumbai after two weeks of location hunting in Los Angeles said the song "Maa Da Ladla" was shot during his absence. "I left it entirely to my director Tarun Mansukhani and to the choreographer Feroz (who's been Farah Khan's assistant for ten years). So you'll have to ask Tarun what happened."Tarun Mansukhani has his own explanation for why Abhishek and John shot the song separately. "I deliberately didn't shoot the song with John and Abhishek together. I wanted at least this one song "Maa Da Ladla" to look different from the rest of the film where they're constantly together, fooling around, chumming it up. They shot individually, so the masti of the rest of the movie was missing on the sets." Tarun trails off sadly, and then perks up. "The last shooting before this was for "Desi Girl" where all of us were together. It was so much fun."The "Maa Da Ladla" song was shot on 15, 16 and 17 October at Filmistan studios and onlookers watched Abhishek and John arrive on separate days. "This is a music video which we'll use for promotion and probably for the end titles," explained Tarun.Says Abhishek, "It was wonderful to shoot with John Abraham again after Dhoom. It was fun on the sets because we were all friends."Added John, "Abhishek is not co-star or colleague. He's a friend. I dote on him. I love him to death. We never compete. We complement each other in Dostana. We share a great chemistry. Abhishek and I are a couple in the film.")
